Please indicate your name, first name, address and email address along with an identity document. If you are unable to prove your identity, Sentosphere reserves the right to refuse your request.

ARTICLE 1 – PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA ON WEBSITE

1. Browsing our website:

When you navigate on our website, we automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol address (your IP address). This allows us to have more information regarding the Internet browser you are using along with the operating system you have. This data can be stocked in your browser and recovered from it too, generally in the form of cookies.

Cookies allow our website to know, for example, if a user has already consulted some of its pages. They also allow us to track which pages are the most viewed. 2. Emails:

If you spontaneously send an email to one of the addresses indicated on our website, we will collect your email address and all personal data you shared with us to let us honour your request. The email addresses indicated on our website correspond to professional accounts that belong to the company and that have been created to facilitate the management of Sentosphere’s professional activities. This means that all emails sent to these specific email addresses can be seen by any person authorised by Sentosphere to access those accounts. By sending emails to these specific addresses, you declare having read and approved of all the data processing conditions listed in our Confidentiality Policy.

3. Newsletters:

If you have decided to follow Sentosphere’s adventure via email (by signing up through our newsletter form on our website), we will use your email address to send you Sentosphere related news (new items, coming up events, creative ideas, etc.). If you no longer wish to receive those emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the links at the bottom of each email received, or by contacting us on the following address: commercial(@)sentosphere.fr. This will be effective immediately.

The emailing tool we use is French and complies with the legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

4. Web analytics:

We use analytical tools to measure the website’s audience (like Google Analytics) and to better understand all activities linked to our website. This helps us understand how to improve our content and our website’s performance so that it corresponds more to your needs. To that extent, these tools have access to your browsing history data on our website. All this data is anonymously processed for statistical purposes.

5. Length of data retention:

If you accept to receive emails from Sentosphere (newsletter), your data will be kept until you unsubscribe or you request a deletion of your personal data.

When you contact us to get information on our products, our brand, or when you send us a job application, the data will be kept for a 3-year period, starting on the collection date or on the last contact you established.

ARTICLE 2 – PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA ON "AQUARELLUM 3D" MOBILE APP

Aquarellum 3D is a mobile app developed and edited by Sentosphere. It can be downloaded for free on the Android and IOS app stores for smartphones and tablets.

1. Processed personal data

We do not collect any identifiable personal data with the "Aquarellum 3D" app. (for example: names, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, e-mail addresses, etc.)

2. Permissions requested by the app: Use of the camera

The "Aquarellum 3D" app only has access to the camera on your smartphone or tablet to scan your paintings and place them on 3D animated figurines. The pictures are then only stocked on your phone, no external server is involved.

1. How do you get my consent?

When you send us personal information, to benefit from our after-sales service, for example, we assume that you are giving us your consent to collect your personal data to honour those specific needs, only.

If you ask you for personal data for any other reason (for marketing purposes, for example), we will directly ask you explicitly for your consent. You are allowed to refuse to give it.
